Currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join the team! Excellent opportunity to work for a leading Insurance broker in the UAE Operations Manager: Insurance Will be based in United Arab Emirates on a permanent post Experience: with minimum 6 years experience in similar position with solid insurance background in UAE, India or UK Master’s Degree: attested in country where degree is taken and MOFA in UAE required (Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Accounting, or any equivalent) Product knowledge (Life, Medical and Motor products) Salary: undisclosed (salary ranges from AED xx,000 amount if required to be disclosed) attractive salary + incentive Joining Date: Feb 2017 Insurance: Provided Current Location: UAE Knowledge in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Fluent in English & Arabic preferred UAE Driving license & CAR Job Description: • Receive directions from CEO and General Manager regarding budget, target, strategy, etc. and assigns tasks accordingly to operations officers • Follow-up on operations and give officers recommendations for improvement • Create new business strategy for business growth • Manage insurance data reports from officers, and report them to General Manager • Oversee policy histories and expiry of contracts, Keep Tracking and increase efficient management outputs. • Manage conflicts with customers in case of escalation of problems • Direct operations officers through their objectives and helps them achieve targets • Motivate, manage and develop operations officers to meet or exceed service standards • Develop service standards, performance benchmarks, and objective goals in line with company goals • Coordinate between the technical department and the business development department to ensure proper running of business
