· Entering data for guest who’s checking in the hotel and sending the messages and the evenest for the c I d department and Abu Dhabi police
· Taking care and monitoring the CC TV of the entire hotel. Witch it help full for hotel property and hotel guest
· Handling problems which facing the guest and the hotel staff
· Patrolling and checking all the safety equipment including the
emergency exit and evacuation chair and emergency spot light and fire extinguisher and one of the fire fighter team member. fire drill training and I join monthly fire drills and evacuation with Abu Dhabi police and civil defense
· Working close with the security manager helping to implement new procedures and making sure all the security procedures are followed
