Job Profile
Reputed Group of Companies in UAE URGENTLY requires Purchaser for their Catering Services at Abu Dhabi. Candidates seeking the above position should have atleast 5 years of UAE experience in Purchase of F&B segment.
Work Activities
 Evaluate all purchase acquisitions and purchase orders on regular basis
 Liaising with suppliers, negotiating terms of contract
 Maintain purchase order data and communicate with suppliers
 Ensures the availability of raw, packing materials and all Company needs in a competitive price and in the right time
 Managing changes in demand and logistics
 Follow up with suppliers the shipment & arrival dates.
Qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree / higher diploma/Business Administration/Commerce.
Skills
 Good supplier and product knowledge base of UAE.
 Negotiating skills and ability to network.
 Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
 Commercial awareness
 Team working skills
 Good MS Office skills
 Strong interpersonal skills
