We are seeking to hire below position for our office in Bur Dubai
Position: HR & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Eligibility:
Graduate in any field
0-2 yrs work exp
Good communication skills – English
Nationality preferred – Indian, Filipino
Preferred visa status : Family Visa
A proven track record of successful placements
Remuneration is negotiable depending on experience.
Job Profile:
Daily Cold calling ,using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies;
Pick up job specs according to target set out and ensure recruitment delivery on the deadlines for positions timeously
Build professional working relationships with clients;
Develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment;
Advertise vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media (e.g., newspapers, websites, magazines);
Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates directly;
Complete a search of the candidate database / job portals, to find the right person for the employer’s vacancy;
Response handling; Receive and review applications, interviewing of all candidates prior to submitting their cv’s to clients, managing interviews and short-listing candidates;
Request references and check the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the employer;
Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question;
Prepare CV’s and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants;
Complete the entire recruitment cycle independently
Project management
Achieve set targets monthly
Ensure recruitment system, Workforce Plan and candidate information is regularly updated with interview details and feedback.
Minimizing fall ways and retaining business
Manage Recruitment agents and associates
Other recruitment duties on an adhoc basis
