1) Maintenance of HR policies and procedures and ensuring compliance to these policies.
2) Maintain and update all HR reports.
3) Ensure that the workplace policies & practices are in compliance with the Labor Law.
4) Organize and monitor the employees’ legal affairs.
5) Maintenance and update of the personnel files.
6) Prepare and review all HR related memos and letters for management approval.
7) Manage and update the employees’ medical insurance policy.
8) Prepare in coordination with the management the annual recruitment plan and the annual HR budget.
9) Administer the employees’ compensation and benefits system.
10) Maintain and update the job descriptions for all positions in the organization.
11) Handling Recruitment.
Skills:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar profile is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to deal with candidates and employees at all level.
• Strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills .
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
• SAP HR / HCM skills are preferred.
• Must be proficient in Ms. Office especially Microsoft Word and Excel
