Description

As a Property Consultant specialized in Sales you will perform duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site & discuss conditions of sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Acquisition and sales of properties
* You will act as an intermediary in negotiations between the buyer and seller, generally representing one or the other or both
* You will compare a property with similar properties that have recently been sold to determine its competitive market price
* Interviews with your clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
*Build awareness and knowledge of the property market in UAE and study factors influencing property market.
* Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sales listings
* Arrange meetings between buyer and seller when details of transactions need to be negotiated
* Negotiate real estate sales contracts.
* Implementation of sales and marketing activities
DESIRED SKILLS
* 2 years real estate sales experience in the UAE
* RERA certified
* Valid UAE driving license
* Excellent communication skills (English)
* Multiple languages is an advantage
