Job Description:
The successful candidate would be required to:
– To develop business by identifying new potential customers and converting them into clients.
– To maintain an excellent rapport with existing clients and provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers.
-To present company services and products in a presentation format to clients if needed.
-To recognize client requirements and offer investment plans accordingly.
– To generate leads from their own resources either through cold calling or by extracting business from the market.
– Should be able to thrive in a performance driven environment.
– Achieve the sales target given on monthly basis without fail.
– The successful candidate would be required to follow company procedures strictly in terms of monitoring his/her performance and complete compliance would be required with internal evaluation procedures.
– The successful candidate would be required to file in reports related to their performance and daily activities on a daily/weekly and monthly basis.
-Fill out the company format of daily activities every day and any other relevant reports required by the company.
– Dependability and Quality of business are of utmost importance. A successful candidate would be required to be punctual and provide quality of business.
Applying Requirements:
– A background from banking, financial services and Insurance industry would be preferred but not mandatory.
– U.A.E experience would be preferred but not mandatory.
– Graduation preferably in Finance or Economics or Business but not mandatory.
-Driving License preferred but not mandatory.
– Candidates applying with a sales background can attach any performance certificates or commission statements or performance letters from their past job roles in order to improve their chances of being selected.
Salary package and benefits would be decided based upon the interview and a candidate’s background/experience.
