The Store Manager is responsible for total operations including driving sales, providing outstanding customer service, creating a positive work environment and cultivating employee potential, maintaining a store environment that is clean, neat and merchandised to company standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
• Reaching sales targets and increasing profit of the store.
• Dealing with customer service issues such as queries and complaints
• Supervising staffs and organizing training
• Organizing rotas and holidays
• overseeing stock control and receiving orders
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION :-
• Must be a graduate
• Should have Bachelors in Business Administration
• Should be fluent in English
EXPERIENCE :-
• Four + years retail Store Incharge / Manager Experience preferred.
• Proven ability to successfully manage all aspects of the store environment.
• P&L and scheduling exposure and experience.
Salary – Negotiable for experienced
