KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: •Directly accountable for achieving monthly target. •Should assess and review business approach, devise and implement target based sales strategy and monitor sales performance •Offer advice and motivate your agents to close sales. •Exposure to regional and global markets •Ability to adapt quickly to new trends and new markets •Building relationships with property developers to market their projects. •The ideal candidate will be a graduate having excellent communication and inter-personal skills, a good negotiator and a strong leader leading the sales team to achieve stretch target. REQUIREMENTS: •Should have at least 7-10 years of Real Estate Brokerage experience •Preference would be given to candidates who have managed a team being at a managerial level for the last 7-10 years handling Property/Real Estate Brokerage •Extensive knowledge and experience in the Real Estate industries. •Excellent Presentation and communication skills •Must be good negotiator and persuader •Proven track record in managing a team of real estate agents •Knowledgeable of GCC markets and UAE regulations •Preferably with driving license •Candidates with UAE experience only BENEFITS: Salary package will depend on the experience level and negotiable with a very good commission.
