Accounting Supervisor Job Summary: The Accounting Supervisor will manage the branch’s Accounting section in creating timely and accurate financial statements. Administer billing and special financial projects and perform general duties directly related to budgets, financial statements, payables and receivables, costing ; resolves budget and accounting discrepancies; Responsibilities: • General Ledger Maintenance. • Combine and group data accordingly. • Financial Statement preparation. • Daily accounts receivable postings. • Responsible for Bank Reconciliation and AR and AP Reconciliations • Monitor and review accounting module reports for accuracy and completeness. • Preparing and posting monthly journal entries. • Manages a team of 4 other Accountants. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree Strongly Preferred • Must possess excellent skills in SAP FICO implementation and end-user. • 4+ years applicable experience • Great typing and computer skills; Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is a must; SAP MM and HCM knowledge is a desirable but not necessary. • Strong verbal & written communication skills and interpersonal skills. • Proactive, self-sufficient, well organized, with a strong work ethic. • Quick learner who loves the challenge of adapting to changing environment, situations and priorities.
