Primary Responsibilities: • Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner • Prepares statements and reports of estimated future costs and revenues • Assists in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget, accounting, and/or payroll • Oversee and supervise the administrative function of the organization including property/facility management, safety of the work environment, provision of furnishings and equipment necessary for effective operations • Establish guidelines for budget and forecast preparation, and prepare the annual budget • Update and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices • Effectively communicate and present critical financial matters • Managing vendor relationships and working with HR department • Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities Knowledge and Skill Requirements: • Minimum of a B.Com., ideally with an MBA/M.Com/CPA or related degree. • At least 8-10 years of overall professional experience. • Experienced and knowledgeable in SAP FICO implementation and End-user.Knowledge of other modules of SAP such as MM, SD and HCM is also desirable. • Proficient in using the Microsoft Office.Must have Financial analysis and modeling skills and must be an expert in Advanced Excel and Excel VBA. • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of people. • Solid time management, organization and prioritization skills. • Excellent reasoning ability, mathematical ability, and logical thinking skills.
