Primary Responsibilities: • Managing day-to-day activities of the office • Prepares reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence • Maintaining Hard/Soft copy files • Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases • Assigns jobs and duties to office staff if required • Monitors office operations • Schedules appointments and meetings for executives and upper level staff • Serves as the go-to for office inquiries and conflicts • Manages staff schedules • Assists in the preparation of department budgets and expenses • Supervises all administrative personnel • Screens and routes incoming calls and messages when necessary • Tracks office supply inventory and orders additional supplies as needed • Reconciles expenses, invoices and bills Job Skills: • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bahas • Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy • Highly organized and flexible • Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines • Must be self directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision • Maintains staff confidentiality • Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software Note: Must be willing to rellocate in Indonesia Eligibility: Qualification: Any Bachelor Degree Experience: 2 years or more related experience send Cv to : hrcasaindo gmail .com Subject: Applying for OFFICE MANAGER
